PRODUCT INFORMATION
MATRIKX® CTO® Plus filters powered by GREENBLOCK® are manufactured using 100% coconut shell carbon, a renewable and environmentally sustainable material. The carbon is formed into solid blocks through a proprietary binder system and specialized manufacturing processes. This method creates a higher concentration of micro-pores and increased usable carbon surface area, delivering enhanced adsorption performance and improved kinetic efficiency.
MATRIKX® CTO Plus filters are designed for the reduction of VOCs, chemicals, and chlorine taste and odor. These carbon block cartridges are well suited for residential and commercial water treatment systems, food service applications, and reverse osmosis pre- and post-filtration. MATRIKX® CTO Plus filters are tested and certified by WQA to NSF/ANSI Standard 42 for material safety requirements. The cartridges are available in four sizes: 2-3/4″ x 9-3/4″, 2-3/4″ x 20″, 4-1/2″ x 9-3/4″, and 4-1/2″ x 20″.
