PRODUCT INFORMATION

MATRIKX® CTO® filters powered by GREENBLOCK® are manufactured using 100% coconut shell carbon, a renewable and environmentally sustainable material. The carbon is formed into solid blocks through a proprietary binder system and specialized manufacturing methods. This process creates a higher concentration of micro-pores and increased usable carbon surface area, resulting in improved adsorption capacity and enhanced kinetic performance. MATRIKX CTO 5 micron carbon block filters are designed to reduce sediment, chlorine taste and odor, and chemical contaminants. These filters combine high performance with structural integrity while offering an excellent cost-to-performance value. They are suitable for residential and commercial water purification systems, food service applications, and reverse osmosis pre- and post-filtration. MATRIKX CTO filters are tested and certified by NSF and WQA for material safety. Available sizes include 2-3/4″ x 9-3/4″, 2-3/4″ x 20″, 4.5″ x 9-3/4″, and 4.5″ x 20″.
